It should be closed in summer. It was creepy staying there with only one other guest. No services, or restaurant. Ridiculous to pay so much out of season with limited services.

The rooms are very comfortable, big and luxurious. Large King size beds and wonderful toilet...

1. The Spa of the hoter is overrated. there is a small heated pool and a common jacuzzi for 4 persons... and a tiny (no more than two people) hamam and sauna...

This hotel is a true oasis of luxury and comfort. the service is impeccable, always ready to fulfill even the most exclusive needs. the spa facilities are a real treat, with the sauna and the sun terrace standing out in particular. the garden area is wonderfully maintained and offers a great opportunity to relax in the midst of nature. the leisure room is cozy and inviting, while the rooms boast exclusive amenities and breathtaking views. the restaurant and the bar serve delicious dishes and drinks, with the breakfast selection being both diverse and satisfying. Outdoor dining is also available, ensuring that every meal is a memorable experience.

this was a small inconvenience when compared to the overall high level of service and comfort offered by this hotel.

The staff made us feel very welcome, it was clean and the apartment had everything we needed. As advertised.

Housekeeping was not not completely thorough (the glasses were stained by remains of wine). The rooms are a bit overpriced.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds that gave us a great night's sleep. the gym and spa facilities were fantastic and helped us to recharge after a long day of business meetings. the location was ideal for us, with easy access to the nearby city center and airport.

The staff's attitude could have been more friendly and welcoming. we found that the breakfast options were somewhat limited and could have had more variety.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly.

For a 5star hotel I would expect to have 24h service and facilitate families with babies.

We had the most wonderful time during our romantic escape at this hotel. The spacious and modern room was equipped with a very comfortable bed and pillow options, allowing for a great night's sleep. The breakfast options were plentiful and fresh, with a variety of dishes to choose from. The hotel also had a convenient shuttle service to and from a nearby attraction, making it easy to explore the area.

One downside was the lack of spa facilities. While we were hoping to enjoy a relaxing massage or treatment during our stay, the spa was not open during our visit.

My partner and I stayed in a beautiful hotel in the peaks just outside of Delphi and Arahova in Greece. Despite being in the ugly area of livadi, we still had stunning views of the mountainscape from the balconies and common areas. the room and bathroom were immaculate and spacious. the service was unparalleled from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was delicious, offering daily local and fresh products. We also enjoyed the convenience of ski equipment rentals and shuttle service to the slopes.

Very polite staff. The rooms are big , very clean with nice furniture. It is a very well taken care of hotel. The restaurant in the hotel has very nice food.

The braekfast although was very tasty, it is rather small for a 5* hotel. The spa section needs upgrade since the two swimmings pools, the sauna and steam bath were small concidering what you expect to see in a good hotel.

I loved how close this hotel was to both the town center and the mountain - it made transportation very easy. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was also delicious and had a great variety of options.
